Mast satisfaction policy
We understand Cedrus is an investment, and work really hard to ensure that our customers are stoked with their purchase. This being said, we are also trying to run a sustainable business, to ensure that we are able to design and supply masts and adapters to customers all over the world for years to come. Simply put, used masts are not returnable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to work with you. This is a very rare situation, but we want to be open about it. Whether it's a partial refund, finding a 2nd hand buyer, or turning that mast into a demo, we will make every effort to ensure that you have a good experience working with us. But please understand that there are significant un-recoverable costs for all parties when buying/selling expensive equipment: Transaction fees, shipping and handling time/costs, duties/fees, and even obsolescence. This industry is very new, and the gear is constantly evolving. Our goal is to make a product that lasts and grows with you, but it may take more than a few rides to get used to a new setup. Please read all FAQs and contact us with any questions, comments, or concerns BEFORE purchasing a mast if you are concerned about the products not meeting your expectations. Adapters and Accessories
We understand this industry is changing quickly, and you may want to return or exchange foil adapters. As such, we have a 30-day return policy on unused foil adapters and accessories, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We cannot accept returns of used adapters, or even new ones outside our 30-day window.
To start a return, you can contact us through the email on your invoice/receipt or contact form on this website. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs to the address provided upon contacting us. There is a 5% restocking fee on all returns, to cover the transaction fees associated with your purchase. Please note this applies whether you take delivery or not, as transaction fees are taken at the time of purchase and we do not get them back when refunding you.
Damages and defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Right to Repair
Just as you, the customer, have the right to repair your personal property, we, Cedrus, reserve the right to repair your mast/adapter in the rare event of damages and defects. Cedrus masts are designed to be repairable and serviceable, and not simply replaced.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Or, purchase the desired item and return the original. If you have not taken delivery of your foil adapter, you can contact us to change your order. Custom masts cannot be modified once assembled.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
