Shipping Policy

Due to the highly personalized and global nature of our products, we reserve the right to modify shipping prices if needed at the time of final invoice. Due to order or address changes, final box sizes, customs fees, inaccurate quoting on behalf of Shopify, shipping costs can be higher than expected. We rarely need to do this, and you will have the right to cancel your order if we do, but please understanding that shipping worldwide is expensive and time consuming and we need to cover our costs in order to stay in business. Conversely, if we see final shipping costs are below what you paid, or we combine shipping with other orders, we will refund you. We have shipped thousands of masts all over the world and have a good understanding of the associated costs. Sometimes the quoted rates at checkout are inaccurate or incomplete for international orders, and we may need to adjust. Please see the FAQ for additional information related to shipping and duties.
