The 27cm Aluminum Short Fuse delivers the same surf-forward performance as our carbon short fuse—now in aluminum construction for a cheaper alternative. Shorter length means a tighter turning radius, quicker transitions, and a livelier feel through carves and pumps.

Choosing your fuse length
22cm (XS): tightest turns + maximum responsiveness (best for medium–advanced riders)
27cm (Short): tight turns, quick direction changes, surfy feel
33cm (Medium): recommended for most riders
39cm (Long): maximum stability
Compatibility (important)
If you’re already on our system, your 1-bolt fuse fits our wings. Your 1-bolt fuse might work with the new 2-bolt wings (Hyper2 / Progression) depending on your setup.
Hardware note (important)
If you’re using stainless steel screws with aluminum parts in salt water, apply Tef-Gel to the threads to help prevent corrosion/galling—especially in saltwater use.
